摘　　要：除尘过程中，高速运行的烟尘颗粒不断对除尘管道冲刷磨损，导致管道破损漏风，进而影响生产。采用背包灌料法，对管道及时处理修补，达到延长其使用寿命的作用。In the dust removal process, the dust removal particles with high running speed, leading to the damag pipelines e and air 1 are constantly scoured and wore by dust eakage of pipelines, further influencing the normal production. By using knapsack filling method, the timely repair of pipelines was carried out, the service life of pipelines was prolonged.
