摘　　要：特钢事业部新区采用铁水＋废钢→100t电炉→双工位LF→双工位VD→圆坯连铸（650am断面）→步进式加热炉→850轧机生产石油管用27CrMoNbTi热轧管坯。通过优化冶炼工艺、调整精炼渣系、保护浇注等措施，使27CrMoNbTi钢的各项指标均满足用户协议要求。27CrMoNbTi hot-rolled tube billet was produced by using molten iron ＋ scrap →100 t EF →double-station LF→double-station VD→round billet continuous casting （with the section of 650 mm） walking beam furnace →850 rolling mill in New District of Laiwu Steel special steel business division, and through optimizing the smelting process, adjusting the refining slag system and protective casting process, each index of 27CrMoNbTi steel can satisfy the requirements of user agreements.
