摘　　要：1880m^3高炉图拉法回水池补水设备肩负着向两座1880m^3图拉法补充粒化冲渣水的任务。改造前，因没有备用设备，一旦出现设备故障，生产方将会调用工业新水补充，增加了高炉炼铁成本。回水池补水设备的备用改造，最终实现现场设备两用一备的供水状态，解决补充工业新水的问题，降低了补充工业新水的使用率，降低了生产成本。The water supply equipment for TYNA water recycling tank of 1 880 m3 blasl furnace is in charge of the supply of granulated slage washing water for two TYNA water recycliog tanks. Before transformation, because of no standby equipment, once the equipment failures appeared, the production side would call the new industrial water to supply, thus increasing BF ironmaking cost. Through the standby transformation of water supply equipment for water recycling tank, the water supply state with two for use and one for stock in field devices was finally realized, and now, the supply problem of new industrial water was solved, the efficiency of new industrial water was reduced, and the production cost was cut down.
