摘 要:型铜1880m^3高炉渣处理外运火车皮装料期间,由图拉法牵引机驱动,其铜丝绳更换通常采取旧钢丝绳带新绳方式更换,铜丝绳的牵引由装载机或由火车机车牵引。装载机牵引易损坏火车信号控制系统。火车机车牵引易造成渣车皮配对不及时,影响高炉渣外运,造成高炉放火渣。为此,结合生产实际研究制定出更换操作方法,增设更换装置,消除了更换不利因素。During the loading period of outbound train for Section Steel 1 880 m3 BF slage treatment, the train was driven by TYNA tractor, whose wire rope was usually replaced by driving old wire ropes with new ropes, and the wire ropes were drived by loader or by train locomotive. With loader driving, the train signal control system is easy to be damaged. The driving of train locomotive easily led to a slower slag wagon pairing further to influence the transportation of BF slag, and causing the fire BF slag at last. Therefore, combining with the actual production, the replacement method was formulated, the replace- ment device was added, and thus,the unfavorable factors for replacement were eliminated.
