经济国际化环境下外向型企业商务英语人才成长路径探析

摘　　要：随着经济国际化的快速发展,涉外商务活动日益频繁,对商务英语人才需求的数量和质量日益提高。在分析外向型企业对商务英语人才素质要求的基础上,探讨了外向型企业商务英语人才现状及存在的问题,并进一步剖析该问题对企业发展的影响,试图探索一种适合经济国际化环境下外向型企业发展需要的,以"企业为核心主体、高校为主阵地、员工自我成长相结合"的"三位一体"的商务英语人才成长路径。With the rapid progress of economic globalization, foreign business activities are getting more and more, which has led to the increasing demand for Business English talents in quality and quantity. This paper begins with analysis on quality needs of foreign-oriented enterprises for Business English talents. Then it discusses the current situation of Business English personnel and its existing problems. Meanwhile, it further probes into their influences on the development of foreign-oriented enterprises, with an attempt to explore a Business English talents-growing path of trinity, which is suitable to the development of foreign-oriented enterprises in the background of economic interna- tionalization, integrating enterprises, colleges and employees themselves.
