摘　　要：黄海怀先生(1935~1967)是一位著名的、影响深远的二胡艺术家,是建国以后培养出来的二胡演奏精英,他才华横溢、功底深厚,谙熟民间音乐、戏剧。他生前创作、移植并演奏的二胡曲《赛马》《江河水》是不朽的经典之作,风靡于世。笔者就先生的生平、事业、人品、艺德等,一一呈现,以馈慰恩师在天之灵。Huang Haihuai was a prominent and influential artist of the Erhu, and he also was elite of Erhu player trained after founding of P.R. China. He was brilliant and rich experience, familiar with folk music and local opera. He composed and adapted Erhu pieces of Horse-Racing, River of Sorrow, which were immortal classic of the works, and became very popular in the world. In this paper, the author recalled Huang Haihuai＇s life, career, character, and art morality, to memorial Huang Haihuai, a respected teacher.
