摘 要:针对狭长受限空间的特殊结构,在FLUENT环境下建立温度场分布模型,根据火源种类不同设计模拟工况,进行数值模拟计算。在全尺寸试验平台下,开展聚氨酯塑料、酒精、汽油3种典型可燃物燃烧试验,分析在不同可燃物作用下,温度场分布特性规律,建立拟合结果。对比模拟结果与试验数据得出结论:火源种类对温度场分布产生规律性影响;数值模拟结果与酒精火实体试验一致性较好;不同种类火源温度峰值与测点位置成指数规律。A dislribufion model based on FI.UENT environment was established with the special structure of long-narrow con fined spaees. Different cases were selected according to the fire sources for the numerical simulation. In the full-size experimen tal platform, 3 test cases including polyurethane plastic, alco- hol and gasoline were designed to test the typical combustibles burning. The distribution of temperature field under different sources was studied, and the fitting formula was built. With the comparison on numerical simulation results and actual test data, the results showed that, types of ignition sources have regulatory effects on temperature field. The results of numeri- cal simulation are favorably consistent with those obtaining in alcohol tests. Measuring points exponentially affect the peak temperatures of different types of ignition sources.
