摘 要:考虑消防员防护装备性能的不均等性,设计了包含模拟人体新陈代谢系统、燃烧支架、辅助行走平台和数据采集模块的防护服火场试验装置。详细介绍各部件的设计参数。该装置可模拟消防员在不同火场情况下的穿梭状态,实时获取不同热辐射强度下防护服内表面温度和人体所受热辐射情况。该装置可用于防护服的火场性能测试和结构优化。In consideration of the imbalance of firefighter's pro- tective equipment, a fire experiment device was designed to test the protective suit, which contains the human's metabolism simulation, burning stents, auxiliary walking platform and data collection module. The design factors of each part were intro- duced in details. The device can simulate the firefighter's shut- tling status under different fire conditions, as well as, in real time, obtain the inner surface temperature of protective suit and the situation of human body heated by thermal radiation under different thermal radiation intensity. The device can be used for the performance test in the fire-ground and structure optimiza tion of the protective suit.
