摘 要:基于质量守恒原理,建立适用于液态灭火剂的改进型杯式燃烧器实验装置,并通过实验测试和理论计算,研究全氟己酮灭火剂对乙醇的临界灭火浓度。结果表明,灭火剂流量与蠕动泵转速呈线性关系,当蒸发器初始温度为90℃时,可确保不同流量下的全氟己酮快速汽化,进而实现灭火剂的连续稳定输送。全氟己酮对乙醇燃料的临界灭火浓度为5.6%,且受空气流量影响小。A modified cup burner apparatus was developed based on the principle of conservation of mass for testing the critical extinguishing concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan-3- one which is a liquid under normal temperature. The criticalex- tinguishing concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan 3 one onethanol fuel was studied through experimental tests and lheo- retical calculations. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the fire extinguishing agent flow rate and peristaltic pump speed. The results also show that it could en- sure the liquid fire extinguishing agents under different flow rates rapid vaporization when the initial temperature of the e- vaporator was set at 90 C, which brings abouta continuous and stable delivery of the fire extinguishing agent. Measurements were performed on ethanol fuel burning flames using dodecaflu- oro-2 methylpentan-3 one as the extinguishing agent with dif ferent air flow rates. The results showed that the eritiealextin- guishing concentration of dodecafluoro-2-methylpentan 3 one onethanol fuel was 5.6%. The air flow has minimal effect on the criticalextinguishing concentration of the fire extinguishing agent.
