摘 要:针对串联攻坚弹后级引信计时起爆模式难以适应不同厚度目标炸点控制的问题,提出了串联攻坚弹后级引信自适应起爆方法。该方法通过过载传感器感知后级引信受到的前级战斗部爆轰过载信息、后级弹碰靶以及侵彻靶板的过载信息并提供给过载识别电路,过载识别电路判别过载信息是否符合预先设定的阈值和时间值。当过载信息满足预先设定的阈值和时间值时,后级引信按照"前级爆炸—后级战斗部侵入目标—后级战斗部侵出目标"的顺序依次完成识别后,在确保后级战斗部侵出靶板后发出起爆信号。仿真计算表明:后级引信受到的过载信息界限清晰,便于依次识别侵彻过程,可确保后级战斗部侵出靶板后起爆,适用于多种典型混凝土目标。动态发火试验结果表明,自适应起爆方法可以严格控制后级战斗部炸点,设计合理。Timing adaptive detonation method is not adaptive to different target thickness, an adaptive detonation method of following fuze was put forward in this paper. Acceleration sensor captured the overload of following fuze produced by precursory detonation.impacting target and penetrating target, and sent it to the control circuit. The control circuit distin- guished whether the overload information accorded with the preset threshold and time. If it met the requirements, the fol- lowing fuze distinguish precursory detonation.impacting target and penetrating target sequentially, and send detonation sig- nal at the time of following warhead out of target. Simulation results revealed that the dear overload consecutions were t^nefit for following fuze to distinguish precursory detonation.impacting target and penetrating target and send detonation signal at the right moment Adaptive Detonation was applicable to many typical concrete targets. Experiment result, as well, revealed that adaptive detonation was conducive to controlling burst point accurately, and meanwhile the detonation parameters were set reasonably.
