摘  要:电解法处理工业循环水可以有效降低水体中各类无机盐的含量。目前,国内外使用的循环水电解装置大多采用刮刀法去除电极表面的污垢,结构复杂,装置稳定性不高,无法实现全流程无人值守自动化控制。本文在传统电解法处理循环水装置的基础上,采用逆向电流除垢法,使装置结构设计简单化,保证装置长期稳定运行的同时,实现了工业循环废水处理的无人化操作。Electrolysis treatment industrial circulating water can effectively reduce the contents of various types of inorganic salts in the water. At present, doctor blade method is widely used in circulating water electrolysis device to remove the dirt on electrode surface at home and abroad. This method has a complex structure and low device stability, which is unable to realize the unattended and automation control of the whole process. On the basis of traditional electrolysis treatment circulating water device, adopts reverse current descaling method to simplify the device structure design. Ensures the device long-term and stable operation. Echieves the unmanned operation of industrial circulating water.
