摘  要:动物衣原体病(Chlamydiosis)是由衣原体目、衣原体科、衣原体属中的各类衣原体(Chlamydia)感染哺乳动物(牛、羊、猪等)、禽类(鸡、鸭、鹅、鹦鹉等)等所发生的一类重要的自然疫源性传染病和人畜共患病。该病常呈地方性流行,常常给畜牧业造成很大危害,并引起重大的经济损失。目前已发现18个目、29个科的190余种鸟类以及绵羊、山羊、猪、牦牛、马属动物等众多哺乳动物、部分野生动物也会受到衣原体的感染。该文以综述的方式汇总了全球在动物衣原体病活疫苗、灭活疫苗、基因工程亚单位疫苗、核酸疫苗等方面的研究进展,以及动物衣原体病疫苗的新兽药审批和生产文号的进展情况。Animal Chlamydiosis by Chlamydia mesh, Chlamydia, Chlamydia genera in all kinds of Chlamydia infection in mammals (cattle, sheep, pigs, etc.), poultry (chicken, duck, goose, parrots, etc.) and so on of a kind of important infectious diseases of natural foci and the people were sick. The disease often endemic, often to the livestock industry caused great harm, and cause great economic loss. Has found that 18 orders, 29 families of more than 190 species of birds and the sheep, goats, pigs, yaks, horses belong to animals, and many other mammals, some wild animals will also been infected with chlamydia. This paper summarizes the world in the form of review in the animal chlamydia disease live vaccine, inactivated vaccine, genetic engineering subunit vaccine, nucleic acid vaccine, the research progress of new veterinary drugs and animal chlamydia vaccine for examination and approval and production and the progress of the Titanic.
