商洛市商业性历史景观价值评价研究

摘　　要：历史景观在承载文化、历史和人们情感的同时具有商业价值,建立一套有效的商业性历史景观价值评价指标体系,客观、真实的反应商业性历史景观价值,为其合理利用和社会发展提供参考。结合商洛市实际情况,在提出商业性历史景观价值评价原则的基础上,基于层次分析法从景观、商业、环境文脉、基础设施和社会五个子系统选取15个指标并计算出各级指标的权重,构建出商洛市商业性历史景观价值评价指标体系,并对商洛市八处代表性商业性历史景观进行评价。结果显示,柞水凤凰街得分最高,其次为丹凤船帮会馆,终南山秦楚古道排名第三,该结果与客观实际相符。Historical landscape carries culture,history and people＇s emotion and at the same time,has commercial value. The establishment of a commercial historical landscape evaluation system, which can objectively and actually reflect the value of commercial historical landscape,will be a reference to its rational utilization and social development. Combined with the actual conditions in Shangluo City and on the basis of the commercial historical landscape evaluation principle put forward, the evaluation index system for the value of Shangluo City commercial historical landscape was established here by selecting 15 indexes from the five sub-systems, landscape, commercial, environment consideration, infrastructure and society through analytic hierarchy process and the weight to the indexes at all hierarchies were calculated. Besides, evaluation has been done on the eight representative commercial historical landscape in Shangluo City, the result of which shows that Zuoshuifeng Town scored the highest, followed by Danfeng Shipboard Guild Hall and Zhongnan Mountain Qin-Chu Ancient Road. The result corresponds with the objective actuality.
