摘  要:分别采用紫外可见分光光度法、荧光法和高效液相色谱法对7个不同产区酸枣仁中的维生素C含量进行了测定。结果表明:三种方法的测定结果差异不大,但高效液相色谱法较其他两种方法精密度高,准确性好,操作步骤简单,更适合于酸枣仁中维生素C含量的测定;不同产地的酸枣仁其维生素C含量受当地生长环境的影响有一定差别,其中河北内丘酸枣仁中的维生素C含量最高,达到24.1mg/100g,陕北万荣最低,只有6.3mg/100g。该测定结果为酸枣仁中VC的含量提供了科学的数据支持,丰富了酸枣仁化学成分分析,为进一步研究酸枣仁的药理作用奠定了基础。The VC content of the spine date seeds from 7 different producing areas was determined by employing ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry, fluorescence method and high performance liquid chromatography. The result shows that, there is not big difference in the results determined through these three methods, but relatively, high performance liquid chromatography indicates higher precision and is easier to be handled so that it is more suitable for the determination of VC content in spine date seeds;the VC content of the spine date seeds produced in different areas vary to some extent;that produced in Neiqiu, Hebei Province has the highest VC content,which is up to 24.1 mg/100 g and that produced in Wanrong,Shanbei has the lowest content,with only 6.3 mg/100 g. The result in the determination will provide scientific data support in the aspect of VC content in spine date seeds. It enriches the chemical content analysis of spine date seeds, which lays the foundation for the research of pharmacological effects of spine date seeds.
