摘　　要：基于知识密集型服务(KIBS)理论,结合创意产业的特点,提出了创意产业孵化器属于KIBS组织的观点。扎根于天津中新生态城动漫孵化器,从知识的层次和类别两个方面探讨创意产业孵化器知识服务内容,基于KIBS服务包理论提出知识服务的三种方式,构建了创意产业孵化器知识服务的集成模型。根据KIBS的知识传播理论,探索了创意产业孵化器与在孵企业知识生产与传播的过程。最后指出生态城动漫孵化器知识服务存在的不足,并对其提出相应建议,以期为创意产业孵化器的知识服务发展提供借鉴。The point of view that creative industry incubator belongs to Knowledge intensive services （KIBS） organization based on KIBS theory and combined with the features in creative industry. Focused on Tianjin New Ecological City Animation Incubator,it discuss the content of knowledge service of creative industry incubator from the level and category of knowledge and based on the KIBS service package theory, three ways of knowledge service were put forward and knowledge service integration model of creative industry incubator is constructed. Based on KIBS knowledge dissemination theory,it will explore the process of knowledge production and dissemination of creative incubators and incubating enterprises. Finally, it points out that deficiency exists in the knowledge service in Ecological City Animation Incubator and the relevant suggestion thereto was put forward so as to provide reference to the knowledge service development of creative industry incubator.
