常州市经济增长质量和效益的测度和评价

摘　　要：经济增长质量和效益指一国(地区)在实现产品、服务总量增长的活动中,其活动过程、实现途径、资源配置方式、活动效果及所达到的目标等方面的优劣程度。通过构建经济增长质量和效益的测度指标,运用因子分析技术,从经济增长稳定性和持续性、经济结构状态、经济效益三个方面对常州市经济运行状况进行了深入研究,并得出了相应结论和建议。Quality and efficiency of economic growth is the degree of superiority and inferiority for economic activity,route,distribution of resources,effects and development goal. The measurement index of quality and efficiency of economic growth is set up in the paper. The thesis explains Changzhou＇s economic growth from economic stability and endurance,economic structure and economic efficiency by gene analysis. At last,the relational conclusions are obtained and the relative policy suggestions are proposed in the paper.
