摘　　要：调查采用问卷调查、实地调查和文献资料相结合的方法,对我省养牛业进行全面而系统的分析。调查内容包括牛产业布局、饲养品种和养殖规模、基础设施与设备、饲草料类型和和利用方式、饲养管理、畜产品开发、养殖需求。以期为甘肃省养牛业的发展提供理论数据及技术支撑,同时也为调查和分析甘肃省其他草食家畜的现状提供思路。Based on the methods of questionnaire investigation,field investigation and documentary,this paper analyzed the present status of cattle raising in Gansu fully and systematically,which included cattle industrial distribution,feeding varieties,farm scale,infrastructure and equipment,forage type,using methods as well as the feed and management,development of livestock products,farming demands.The purpose of the paper was to provide theoretical data and technical support for cattle raising in Gansu as well as to provide methods to investigate and analyze the present status of other plant-eating livestock in Gansu.
