摘　　要：为了解规模化奶牛场牛结核病的流行特点,本文对本地区一个结核病阳性奶牛场进行了跟踪检测、不同试剂检测比较、流行病学调查等研究。结果显示牛结核病的发生、流行的主要原因是引进结核病阳性牛,同时与检测试剂、圈舍建设、饲养管理也有一定关系。研究结果说明,规模化奶牛场结核病防控工作必须采取综合措施才能取得成效。In order to clarify the epidemic characteristics of cow tuberculosis in dairy farms,the article did many studies in a tuberculosis positive dairy farm,which included the detection of tracking,different reagents comparison,and epidemiological investigation.The results appealed that occurrence and prevalence of cow tuberculosis mainly resulted by the introduction of tuberculosis positive cow,and also had a certain relationship with detection reagents,cowshed construction,feeding and management,which also indicated that it must take comprehensive measures to get success in TB prevention and control work of large-scale dairy farm.
