西部新农村小学体育与健康课的发展与对策

摘　　要：通过文献资料分析法对西部新农村建设政策进行探究,发现新农村建设促进了西部农村小学义务教育的发展和学校相关体育设施的建设,但是西部农村小学中体育器材仍然不足,器材配置不合理,体育师资不足,比例失调和新时期留守儿童隔代教育的新障碍,留守儿童的生理与心理发展存在着许多问题。针对西部新农村小学体育与健康课程现状,提出西部新农村体育课应以学生为中心,激发学生积极、主动地参与体育锻炼,培养学生克服困难和团结协作的精神,提高学生的心理素质,做到身体、心理和社会适应方面的全面发展。Through reviewing relative materials and observing the policies for the new rural construction, this study finds that the construction has helped primary schools in the West rural areas to develop the compulsory edu-cation and to strengthen the improvement of sports facilities while there are still some problems unsolved.These problems include shortage of sports facilities, unreasonable distribution of equipments, lack of PE teachers, the new obstacles of grandparents’ education on their leftover grandchildren, and insufficient physiological and mental development of these children.It therefore put forwards some pertinent measures such as implementing student-cen-tered teaching to make them to take part in exercises actively and initiatively, fostering students’ spirit of overco-ming difficulties and sense of solidarity and cooperation, and improving students’ psychological quality so that the teaching will help students to develop physically and mentally and to be well ready to adapt the society.
