摘　　要：介绍了09MnNiDR冷凝器在设计、制造中主要受压元件的选材、焊接工艺评定和焊接参数的确定、换热管与管板间的胀接及其胀管减薄率、焊后热处理以及焊接检验中应注意的问题。In the design and manufacture of 09 MnNiDR condenser,material selection of main pressure parts,welding procedure qualification and welding parameters,expanded joint between heat exchange tube and tube sheet and tube expanding reduction ratio,heat treatment after welding are introduced,and the problems should be paid attention to in the welding inspection.
