摘  要:对某公司羟乙基纤维素生产装置中的29台压力容器进行了定量风险评估,结果表明,当前该装置整体风险水平较低,但其中有2台醚化反应器的外壁半管处于中高风险水平,失效可能性等级为4级,失效后果等级为C级,主要损伤机理为疲劳和氯化物应力腐蚀开裂。在此次评估结束并经数月运行后,该2台醚化反应器的外壁半管先后开裂发生泄漏,由于安全监控措施到位,未造成严重的安全生产事故。The quantitative risk assessment had been conducted for the 29 pressure vessels of a hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC)plant,the results showed that the overall risk of this plant was in low level,but the risk ranks of the half-pipes of the two etherification reactors were medium high,which the failure likelihood category is 4and the failure consequence category is C,and the main damage mechanisms were fatigue and chloride stress corrosion cracking.Several cracks were found on these two half-pipes several months later.Fortunately,there is no serious accident caused by this failure due to the safety monitoring measures.
