摘　　要：通过对近年来大型外浮顶原油储罐遭受雷击引发火灾事故的调查,分析了此类原油储罐密封处雷击着火的原因,指出了常规使用的包覆式导电片的缺陷,介绍了一种新型的弹片式导电片,提出使用弹片式导电片替代包覆式导电片以减少雷击火灾事故频繁发生的建议。Based on the recent investigations about fire accidents caused by lightning on large external floating roof tanks,the reason of lightning fire in tank sealing area was analyzed.Defects in the coated type of conductive sheet for routine use were pointed out,a kind of new type conductive piece of shrapnel is introduced,and it was carried out that an alternative coated type of conductive plate could be replaced by a shrapnel type in order to reduce lightning fire accidents.
