摘  要:乐东X-1气井上部目的层显示良好,是目前海上少有钻遇有良好气层发现的超高温高压井之一,各项作业面临较大的挑战。针对乐东X-1井五开(8-3/8″)井段地层温度超过190℃,地层压力系数大于2.23,并且地层压力与破裂压力接近,钻井液安全作业窗口窄等特点,现场使用封堵粒子提高地层承压能力,严密监控钻井液各项参数,并且使用超细重晶石加重的高密度钻井液,保持钻井液良好的流变性和沉降稳定性,安全、优质地完成了钻井任务,积累了宝贵的现场经验,可供该区域及国内海洋高温高压钻井借鉴。The upper layers of gas well LDX-1 has good gas show. It is the first offshore ultra high temperature and high pressure well with gas show, and the work faces greater challenges. The formation temperature of the fifth interval (8-3/8″)of LDX-1 greater than 190 ℃, and formation pressure coefficient is greater than 2.23. Furthermore, the formation pressure is close to the fracture pressure, which makes the safety windows very narrow. In view of the above characteristics, plugging particles are used to increase formation bearing capacity on site, drilling parameters are monitored closely, and micronized barite are used to weight drilling fluid for maintaining good theology and sedimentation stability. Well LDX-1 is finished safety and excellently, at the same time, rich experiences are obtained, which can be used in the domestic offshore high temperature and high pressure well drilling.
