摘  要:目的了解医院药事管理的现状,分析医院药房药事纠纷的原因,保证人民用药安全、经济、有效。方法从药师服务态度、药品质量、医生、患者及收费等几个方面展开分析药事纠纷。结果采取必要措施保证药事安全,研究通过对近几年药事纠纷的案例分析总结并提出相应的防范措施。结论提高药学人员服务意识、规范操作流程、改善药患关系是减少药事纠纷的重要保障。Objective To understand the present situation of the hospital pharmacy administration, analyzes the reason of the hospital pharmacy pharmaceutical affairs dispute, to assure safe and effective after people use drugs. Methods To analyze disputes ofpharrnaceutical affairs from such aspects as pharmacists service attitude, drug quality, doctors, patients and charge, and so on. Results Take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of pharmaceutical affairs, the text analysis and summary pharmaceutical affairs dispute case in recent years and puts forward corresponding preventive measures. Conclusion It is a very important guarantee to improve pharmacy personnel service consciousness, standard operation process and improve the relationship between medicine and patients to reduce the dispute of the pharmaceutical affairs.
