摘　　要：国家档案馆是档案事业的主体,在现代国家治理体系中具有重要地位,因此制定适应技术新环境、治理新挑战和公众新需求的国家档案馆战略规划至关重要。通过对美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大四国的国家档案馆战略规划文本进行对比研究,分析各国战略规划在愿景、面临挑战、战略目标与战略行动等方面的共性与差异,总结它们对我国制定国家档案馆战略规划的启示和建议,包括制定国家档案馆战略的必要性、框架体系和方式方法。State-owned archives are the principal part of the whole archival undertaking in China and are also of vital importance to the state governance. Therefore to develop the strategic plans for state-owned archives that meet the new technologies, governance challenges and public requirements is of great concern. By comparing the strategic plans for the National Archives of US, UK, Australia and Canada, the article summarizes the similarities and differences of the strategic plans in four aspects including visions, challenges, strategic goals and actions, and finally presents the implications for and suggestions to Chinese practices.
