摘　　要：制备二氧化硅负载的磷钨酸催化剂,催化顺酐与正丁醇合成马来酸二丁酯,考察了催化剂制备条件,及合成马来酸二丁酯的反应条件,实验表明,较佳条件为:当顺酐用量0.1 mol时,醇酐摩尔比3∶1,催化剂用量0.8 g,带水剂用量6 m L,反应时间4 h,酯化率可达96%。Prepare supported catalyst H3[P（W3O10）4]XH2O/SiO2 and Catalysis Maleic anhydride and Butanol to Synthesis dibutyl maleate, Study the effects of catalyst preparation conditions and the reaction conditions of Synthesis of dibutyl maleate. Experiments show that the optimum conditions for： When the amount of maleic anhydride is 0.1 mol, Sorbitan molar ratio is 3 ： 1, the amount of catalyst is 0.8 g, the amount of Agent is 6 ml and the reaction time is 4 h. Under the optimum conditions, the Esterification rate can reached 96 %.
