摘 要:为了使竹纤维织物具有稳定的抗菌性能,文章用抗菌剂RUCO-BAC MED和交联剂HF按一定配比配制成整理液,采用浸轧法对竹纤维织物进行抗菌后整理,并用抑菌圈法测试整理后织物的抗菌性,同时对抗菌整理前后织物的物理性能进行了对比实验,研究结果表明:经抗菌整理后的竹纤维织物具有优良的抗菌性能,并且在交联剂用量为3.0 g/L时,抑菌圈半径最大,其耐水洗性能好;另外整理前后织物的断裂强度变化较小,表明该整理剂适用于竹纤维织物的抗菌整理。In order to study on the resistance of Bamboo fiber fabric of antibiotic finished. Bamboo fiber fabric was antibiotic finished by Antibacterial agent RUCO-BAC MED and cross-linking agent HF in the finishing liquor. The antibacterial property of Bamboo fiber fabric was tested by Halo. The Physical properties were studied by YG026 type multifunctional electronic fabrics strength. The results show that the antibiotic finished sample have an excellent mold resistance, the antimicrobial effect was the best when the concentration of crosslinking agent is 3 g/L and the breaking strength of Bamboo fiber fabric through antibiotic finishing changed slightly. The finishing agent is suitable for the antibiotic finish of bamboo fiber fabric.
