摘 要:XX油田2井区试注过程中,油层吸水能力普遍大幅度下降,注水井注入困难,因此有必要在分析注水水质对储层影响的基础上提出合理的应对措施。根据XX油田2井区的储层和流体特征,分析了注水水质对储层的伤害机理,并通过实验得到了各因素对储层伤害程度,同时给出了合理注水水质标准。通过对比试注水质与合理注水水质标准,表明XX油田注水水质不稳定,粒径中值、悬浮物含量、含油量指标超标是引起储层伤害的主要因素。因此有必要对水处理工艺进行改造,增设过滤系统和除油装置,使注入水水质稳定并保证水中含油量和悬浮物含量及粒径中值达到注水水质标准。During the injection process of XX Oil field, water absorbing ability of well is significantly decreased and water injection is difficult, it is necessary to make reasonable measures based on the analysis of water quality. According to the reservoir property and fluid characteristics of 2 block in XX Oilfield, it analyzes the reservoir damage mechanism, gains formation damage degree of each lhctors through experiments, and gives the reasonable water quality standard. Through the comparative study of the injection water quality and the reasonable water quality standard, result shows: The injection water quality of 2 block is not stable, particle median diameter, suspended solids content and oil content are overweight, and are main factor causing reservoir damage. It is necessary to reform the water treatment process, filtration system and oil removing device for achieve water quality standards.
