摘 要:以竹屑和煤为原料,采用KOH活化,制备活性炭。讨论了煤与竹屑的质量比、活化剂KOH用量对活性炭吸附性能的影响。当在一定活化温度、活化时间下,煤与竹屑质量比为3∶1、活化剂与竹煤的质量比4∶1时,制备出碘吸附值为1273 mg·g-1活性炭。以竹屑和煤为原料可制备具有高吸附性能的活性炭,为竹屑和煤的充分利用寻找到一条途径。Activated carbon were prepared from the mixture which was made of coal and Bamboo Sawdust in this study, Activator is KOH. Experiments indicated that many facts infect the propertacity of product, such as the ratio of coal and Bamboo Sawdust, activating reagent KOH in the anthracite. The ideal rang of those facts was found the temperature of carbonization is 800℃, the activated time is 120min, the ratio of coal to bamboo sawdust is 3 : 1, the ratio of activating reagent to raw materials is 4 : 1, we can prepare the activated carbon possessed of iodine of 1273 mg/g. So Bamboo sawdust could improve the adsorption propertacity of the product, and We find a way to make full use of bamboo and coal.
