辐照处理PTFE微粉化及其在润滑脂中的应用

摘　　要：通过辐照方法对PTFE进行处理,然后使用气流粉碎机将处理后的PTFE微粉化,对其进行表征。将微粉化的PTFE作为增稠剂掺杂至润滑脂中,测试润滑脂的各项性能,并将其与进口PTFE微粉的掺杂效果进行对比。实验结果表明,经过辐照处理的PTFE微粉化后,可以代替同类进口产品。The waste PTFE was treated by irradiation method, and then the PTFE powder was treated by air jet mill. The PTFE was doped into the lubricating oil, and the performance of the lubricating oil is tested and compared with the effect of the imported PTFE powder. The experimental results show that the PTFE powder can be used instead of the similar imported products after irradiation treatment.
