摘　　要：三嗪环(Thiotriazinone)在医药及农药合成中有着广泛的用途,是制备半合成头孢曲松等药物的重要中间体。文章综述了国内外三嗪环的生产情况、工艺、应用和发展前景,并且对三嗪环的生产进行了简单的工艺设计,其中也提供了一些新的数据参考,对今后三嗪环的大规模工业化生产有一定的指导意义。Thiotriazinone is an important intermediate, which is widely used in the synthesis of medicine and pesticides, such as semi-synthetic ceftriaxone. The domestic and foreign production situation, technology, application and long term potential of thiotriazinone are reviewed in this paper, and the simple design of the process is finished. A lot of new references are provided in the way, which has important guidance value for the large-scale industrial production of thiotriazinone.
