高效菌种处理β-内酰胺抗生素中间体制药废水的中试研究

摘　　要：针对江西某制药企业生产β-内酰胺抗生素中间体产生的工艺废水,该废水具有成份复杂,氨氮、有机物和总盐含量高等特点,采用高效耐盐复合菌种并以小试实验结果为指导,对该公司废水进行了预处理-ABR厌氧-PACT接触氧化-BAF工艺进行了中试实验研究。运行结果表明:经预处理后的废水指标为总盐2.5%、COD 6432 mg/L、氨氮200 mg/L,经过高效菌种生物处理后,生化出水COD≤120 mg/L、氨氮≤25 mg/L。For the wastewater of β-lactam antibiotic intermediates produced by some Jiangxi pharmaceutical company, which has a complex composition of wastewater, ammonia nitrogen, organic matter and high salt content. We adopt high salt-resistant strain and small scale experimental result as a guide to carry on pilotscale experiment on the following processes： pretreatment-ABR-PACT contact oxidation-BAF. The result shows： after pretreatment, total salt 2.5 %, COD 6432 mg/L, ammonia 200 mg/L, but after biological treatment of efficient strains, COD≤ 120 mg/L, ammonia≤25 mg/L.
