摘  要:目的研究了CPFX-Tb3+-Phen-SDS—NaAc荧光体系,表面活性邻菲啰啉的加入可使体系的荧光强度明照增强.由此建立了高灵敏测定环丙沙星药物的分析方法。方法体系的激发和发射波长分别为334nm和545nm,环丙沙星在1×10-76×10-5molL-1浓度范围内与体系的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程:If=1×107x+45.492,相关系数r2为0.9973,结果较好。结果对于样品检测结果,用HPLC法进行了方法学比较,结果:挺明,两种方法无疆蔫性差辫,可以互相替换。结论该方法简便.快速,灵敏,可作为制剂的含量直接分析力法。Object The establishment of paper Ciprofloxacin-Tb-phenanthroline-SDS fluorescence system of sodium acetate, surfactant, the addition of phenanthroline can significantly enhance the fluorescence intensity, which established a highly sensitive determination of ring Sand Star C drug analysis. Methods System excitation and emission wavelengths were 334 nm and 545 rim, ciprofloxaein in 1 × 10^-7-6× 10-5 mol.L-1 concentrations in the range of fluorescence intensity showed a good linear relationship equation: If=1 × 107x+45.492, the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.9973 with satisfactory results. Results For the sample test results, carried out by HPLC method methodology, the results show that the two methods was no significant difference, can replace each other. Conclusions The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and can be used as preparation method for direct analysis of the content. Therefore, a high determination method of CPFX drug sensitivity analysis is established.
