摘 要:采用熔体静电纺丝工艺,以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为原料制备PET纤维膜,借助扫描电子显微镜、膜厚仪探讨主要电场工艺参数纺丝电压、接收距离、接收面积对PET纤维膜形貌与几何结构的影响。实验表明,在本实验条件下,将纺丝电压从24 k V提高至30 k V,可明显减小纤维直径,纤维直径从3.275μm减小为2.202μm,同时提高纺丝电压可增强PET纤维膜的中间凸起效应,PET纤维膜中心厚度增加近一倍;适中的接收距离(7 cm)有利于制备较细的纤维,增大接收距离(9 cm)有利于制备平整的PET纤维膜,PET纤维膜中心厚度仅为36.6μm;当接收面积为10 cm×10 cm时,可使PET纤维膜中心厚度达到1 123μm,PET纤维膜凸起效应明显,纤维直径因拉伸不充分而稍有变粗。Poly(etbylene terephthalate)(PET) fibers film were prepared by melt electrospinning technology and PET as raw material, the influences of the main process parameters affecting electric field, including spinning voltage, accepted distance and collector area on film' s morphologies and geometries were investigated. The results show that, under the condition of this experiment device, improving the spinning voltage from 24 kV to 30 kV can decrease the fibers' diameter significantly ranged from 3.275 μm to 2.202μm and enhance the bulging effect of the fiber film, the film center thickness becomes nearly two times larger. Moderate accepted distance (7 cm) is good for making fibers fine while increasing the accepted distance (9 cm) can flatten the fiber film whose center thickness is only 36.6μm. When the collector area is 10 cm × 10 cm, the thickness of film center is up to 1123 ×m, the bulging effect of the fibers film is more notable, while the fibers' diameter becomes slightly large due to poor drawing.
