摘　　要：洗发水瓶揭盖式瓶盖的结构比较复杂,应用Pro/E软件的塑料顾问模块对塑料件进行分析,确定合适的点浇口位置,并着重阐述了滑块斜顶抽芯机构、顶管二次脱模的设计要点和模具工作原理。应用结果表明,该模具结构动作准确、可靠,成型的塑料件质量较好,具有良好的经济效益。The structure of shampoo bottle uncovery type bottle cap is complex. The pin gate position was determined by using the plastic advisor of Pro/E software. The design points of lifter slider core pulling mechanism and ejector sleeve using to secondary stripping were mainly described, in addition the mould working principle were too discussed. Production practice prove that the design of the mould structure is reasonable and reliable, the plastic parts have good quality, and it has the good economic efficiency.
