摘  要:为探讨低含量基体树脂(基体树脂质量分数<25%)的复合摩擦材料的性能,以低含量环氧改性酚醛树脂作为基体,碳粉为增强剂,Si C粉、Al2O3粉、石墨和丁腈橡胶为填料,用模压成型法制备了4种低含量基体树脂复合摩擦材料,对复合摩擦材料的物理和力学性能以及不同温度下的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,用扫描电子显微镜观察了其磨损表面,分析了其磨损机理,用热分析仪对其热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,随着基体树脂含量的减少,复合摩擦材料的热稳定性不断提高,基体树脂质量分数为10%时,复合摩擦材料的起始分解温度和质量保持率较高,分别为402.8℃和92.93%,但其摩擦系数、密度、硬度、冲击强度和压缩强度均降低;基体树脂质量分数为15%的复合摩擦材料对温度有较好的稳定性,当温度从室温上升到350℃时,复合摩擦材料的摩擦系数和磨损率变化幅度较小,摩擦系数从0.306降低到0.223,磨损率从0.091×10–7 cm3/(N·m)增加到0.290×10–7 cm3/(N·m),其磨损表面缺陷凹坑也较小,而基体树脂质量分数为10%和25%的复合摩擦材料的摩擦系数和磨损率随着温度变化幅度较大,在高温下的摩擦系数较小且磨损率较大,表面缺陷凹坑也明显增多增大。To explore lower content(resin matrix mass fraction 〈 25%) of resin matrix composite friction material performance, an epoxy-modified phenolic resin as matrix, adding carbon powder as strengthening agent and SiC powder, Al2O3 powder, graphite, nitrile-butadiene rubber as packing, the four different contents of epoxy modified phenolic resin composite friction materials were prepared by moulding method. The physical and mechanical properties of the materials under different temperature were tested. Their worn surfaces were observed by scan electron microscope and its wear mechanism was analyzed. The thermal stabilities of the materials was analyzed by using thermal analyzer. The results show that with the decreasing of the matrix content, the thermal properties of the materials are improved, and when the mass fraction of the matrix is 10%, the starting decomposition temperature and residues are higher, which are 402.8℃ and 92.93% ; However, this change can decrease the coefficient, hardness, impact strength and compression strength. The friction coefficient of the material, which matrix mass fraction is 15%, has good stability for temperature, and it has stable friction coefficient with small wear rate and less small pits of surface defects under the high temperature. When raising the temperature from room temperature to 350 ℃, the fiction coefficient reduces from 0.306 to 0.223, and the wear rate increases form 0.091×10^-7cm^3/(N·m)to 0.290 ×10^-7cm^3/(N·m). However, when matrix mass fractions are 10% and 25%, the friction and wear properties of the materials are unstable with the temperature change, and under high temperature their friction coefficients are small and wear rates are large, which have pits of surface defects are more and larger.
