摘  要:选取3种不同粒径的超细滑石粉填充改性丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS),利用粒径分析仪研究了三种滑石粉(A,B,C)的粒径分布,测试了ABS/滑石粉复合材料的力学性能、熔体流动速率和密度。结果表明,采用滑石粉B填充改性ABS,当滑石粉B的用量为15份时,复合材料的力学性能和熔体流动速率较好,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、简支梁缺口冲击强度、悬臂梁缺口冲击强度、熔体流动速率分别为38.57 MPa,63.85 MPa,28.50 k J/m2,31.59 k J/m2,71.01 g/(10 min);随着滑石粉用量的增加,复合材料的密度逐渐增大,在相同用量的情况下,采用滑石粉B制备的复合材料的密度较小。扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,滑石粉B在ABS/滑石粉复合材料中的分散性较好。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(ABS) was modified by filling three kinds of ultrafine talc with different particle sizes(A, B, C). The particle size and size distribution of these talc were tested using a laser particle size analyzer. The mechanical properties, processing flowability and density of the ABS / talc composites were measured. The results show that the mechanical properties and melt flow rate of the composites are better when the additive of B talc for the composites is 15 phr, the tensile strength, bending strength, Charpy impact strength, Izod impact strength and melt flow rate of the composites are 38.57 MPa,63.85 MPa,28.50 kJ/m^2,31.59 kJ/m^2,71.01 g/(10 min), respectively. Moreover, the density of the composites is increased with increament in additive content of talc, and also it was found that the density of the composites is minimum compared with other two kinds of talc. Scanning electron microscopy analysis show that the dispersion of B in ABS / talc composites is good.
