摘　　要：本文阐述了使用人工心脏脉动流模拟试验台对广东二型生物心瓣膜进行流体动力学性能测试的测试条件、测试项目及测试结果。并根据测试结果对广东二型生物心瓣膜的体外血流动力学特性作了初步评价。The pulsatile flow characteristicsof GD-Ⅱ bioprosthetic valve wereinvestigated in an artificial valve pu-lsatile flow testing system.The aor-tic and left ventricle pressures andthe type of aortic flow waves wererecorded for functional analysis.Theresults showed that in vitro pulsatileflow characteristics of GD-Ⅱ biopr-osthetic valve accorded with the Am-erican FDA'S test standards.
