摘 要:制备了离子液氯化1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑改性石墨烯(GE-ILs)/天然橡胶硫化胶,并研究了GE-ILs对硫化胶力学性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明,当GE-ILs为3份时,硫化胶的力学性能和导热性能达到最佳,100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别提高了101%、39%、10%和62%,导热性能提高了283%。Nowadays, rubber combining high-mechanical property with satisfied thermal conductivity is widely desired in different industry fields. Compounding rubber with graphene(GE) is a good way to improve their thermal conductivity. In this study, GE was modified with ionic liquids (ILs) 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride by an ultrasonically-assisted mixing and added into natural rubber(NR) latex to get the GE-ILs/NR masterbatch. Through the mixing process with the /bllowlng tbrmulation and the curing process, the vulcanizates with different contents of GE-ILs were obtained. The formulation of NR compound was NR 80 phr, masterbateh 20 phr, antioxidant RD 4 phr, ZnO 4 phr, stearic acid 6 phr, accelerator M 1.5 phr, sulfur 3 phr, carbon black N 220 50 phr, GE-ILs variable. The mechanical properlies and thermal conductivity of the vulcanizates were investigated.
