摘  要:对以石蜡、地蜡和松香等为原材料配制的石蜡-地蜡系中温模料配方进行了优化研究。通过改变不同原材料成分配比,研究考察各组模料的线收缩率、抗弯强度、显微硬度、熔点和粘度等性能指标。结果表明,当地蜡含量50%,石蜡40%,松香10%时,模料综合性能最优。The formula of middle temperature paraffin-ceresin pattern material, which was composed by paraffin, ceresin and rosin as raw material, was conducted optimization research. Experiment researches were carried out by changing the ration of different raw material composition. The performance parameters of each pattern material such as linear shrinkage, bending strength, micro hardness, melting point, viscosity were investigated. The results show that the comprehensive performance of pattern material which constitutes of 50% ceresin, 40%paraffin and 10% rosin is the optimal one.
