摘 要:根据三乙胺硬化冷芯盒树脂砂的基本原理,设计了一种实验用硬化装置。该装置一次硬化树脂砂最大量为400 g(即6个标准∞字形工艺试样),在保证硬化强度的前提下,三乙胺的消耗量仅为1~3 m L,从而实现了硬化装置的微型化,适用于实验教学及相关科学研究。亦适用于生产过程中快速抽样检测树脂砂的硬化强度,做到预先修正和及时调整其吹胺压力及吹胺时间等参数。实验数据表明,在其他条件不变的情况下,利用该硬化装置硬化的冷芯盒树脂砂强度高;在强度不变的条件下,其吹胺压力低或吹胺时间短。Based on the fundamental of triethylamine cured cold-box resin sand technology, a new curing system for experiments was developed. The largest amount of the cold-box resin sand curing system is about 400 g at one time, namely 6 standard specimens (∞ type specimen). Under the precondition of guaranteing hardening strength, the consumption of triethylamine gas is only 1 to 3 mL, so as to realize the miniaturization of the curing system. It is suitable for teaching experiment and scientific research. It is also applied to rapidly test the hardening strength of resin sand in production process, as so to adjuste the pressure and amine blowing time of triethylamine gas. The experimental data show that in the case of other conditions unchanged, it can obtain the higher hardening strength of resin sand by this curing system; under the condition of constant hardening strength of resin sand, the pressure of triethylamine gas is lower or the amine blowing time is shorter.
