生根剂对2个杜鹃花品种扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：杜鹃花姿态优美,是我国传统十大名花之一,文中通过对‘粉妆楼’和‘真如之月’扦插繁殖进行试验研究。结果表明:不同激素生根效果‘粉妆楼’为:ABT>NAA+IBA(1∶1)>CK>NAA>IBA,‘真如之月’的扦插成活效果从好到差的次序为:ABT>NAA+IBA(1∶1)>IBA>CK>NAA,两者均以ABT效果最好;同一种生根剂一般低浓度促进其生根,而高浓度抑制生长,尤以200 mg·L-1效果最好;相同浓度的同一种生根剂进行浸泡,一般根据低浓度浸泡高浓度速蘸的原则,以1.0 h浸泡时间的生根效果最好。Beautiful azaleas gesture,had been one of the world's top ten famous flowers.In this paper, through the‘Vanity floor’and"reality of the month 'cutting propagation experiment research.The results showed that:‘Vanity floor’for the effect of different hormones to take root:ABT>NAA+IBA(1∶1)>CK>NAA>IBA,'Really of the month' had survived in effect of cuttings from good to poor in order to:ABT>NAA+IBA(1∶1)>IBA>CK>NAA,Both with ABT the best effect.The same kind of rooting agent generally low concentration promoted its roots, and high concentration of inhibition of growth, especially in the 200 mg · L-1 effect was best.The same concentration of the same kind of rooting agent, generally based on the principle of low concentration soaking dip in high speed, with 1.0 h immersion time best rooting effect.
