摘　　要：由于产业集聚区涉及诸多物资、机械设备的生产加工、储存、运输等,增加了城市火灾荷载,超出了消防中队保护面积和保护能力,产业集聚区的消防规划是建立和完善长期有效的消防安全体系的主要依据。因此对产业集聚区消防规划问题的研究刻不容缓,对促进城市经济建设和社会进步有着重要的意义。本文通过实地调研和相关资料分析,对产业集聚区的火灾原因和消防现状进行了归纳,着重考察存在多方面的不足。而后依据产业集聚区消防安全的客观需要,在产业集聚区消防规划的框架体系下,探讨消防规划策略,结合实际需要,补充或完善相关编制内容,形成科学合理的消防规划成果,为政府提供决策参谋,为规划部门提供管理和控制依据,推动产业集聚区消防事业的向前发展,形成良好的安全保障体系,将更有利于产业集聚区的可持续性发展。As the industrial agglomeration area related to the processing, storage and transport of amount of goods and merchandised equipment,it placed great burden on fire prevention of the city and exceeded the protection ability from the local fire apartment. So the extinguishing plan of industrial agglomeration area is based on long-time and effective fire safety system. So it is essential to do research on extinguishing plan in these areas as it will be very meaningful to social economic development and progress. Through the investigation and data analysis, the reason that caused fire and present situation of extinguishing was summarized; in addition the short-comings were paid more attention. Then according to objective needs of fire safety under the extinguishing plan frame system, the fire prevention strategy was discussed. Furthermore considering the actual needs the necessary supplement was added to improve the relevant plan which will supply references for the decision-making of the government and for the planning department. All the achievement above will promote the development of the firefighting career and form a good social security system which will be more conductive to the sustainable development of the industrial cluster regions.
