稀土-铜共掺对CaMnO_3热电性能的影响

摘  要:采用固相反应法制备CaMnO3热电材料,研究Ca位分别掺Pr和Ce,Mn位掺Cu对CaMnO3材料热电性能的影响。结果表明:Pr-Cu共掺和Ce-Cu共掺都没有改变材料的晶体结构,随着掺Cu量的增加,CaMnO3热电材料的Seebeck系数的绝对值、电阻率和热导率都呈现先降低后增加的变化趋势;掺Cu能够适当提高样品的功率因子和ZT值;当掺Pr量摩尔比为0.01,掺Cu量摩尔比为0.05,测试温度为973 K时ZT值达到0.088;当掺Ce量摩尔比为0.05,掺Cu量摩尔比为0.02,测试温度为973 K时ZT值达到0.08。CaMnO3 thermoelectric materials has been prepared by solid state reaction method,and effects of RE- Cu co- doping on thermoelectric properties of CaMnO3 are investigated in this paper. The results show that Pr- Cu co- doping and Ce- Cu co- doping don't change the crystal structure of CaMnO3,and with the increase of Cu doping amount,the absolute value of Seebeck coefficient,resistivity,as well as the thermal conductivity of CaMnO3 samples are all reduced firstly and then increased. What's more,the power factor and ZT value of the samples are properly enhanced by doping Cu. Consequently,better ZT value 0. 088 is obtained at973 K in 0. 01 Pr- 0. 05 Cu co- doped sample,and 0. 08 in 0. 05 Ce- 0. 02 Cu co- doped one.
