摘  要:液压系统在船上具有广泛应用,当液压油污染物中出现粒径大于20 μ m 的颗粒时,说明该系统发生了异常磨损,可能导致故障的发生.利用光阻法,设计并制作了微流控油液颗粒检测芯片,搭建了简单有效的光学检测系统,并经信号放大和数据采集实现了对微小颗粒的检测,最后通过Java 编程实现了对粒径大于20 &m颗粒进行计数.对25 - 38 &m的铁颗粒进行快速检测的结果表明,系统的检测性能良好,证明方法是可行的.Hydraulic system is widely used in the ship,when the diameter of tiny particles in hydraulic oil exceeds 20 μm,it indicates that the abnormal wear occurred and the malfunction may cause. The microfluidic detection chip for hydraulic oil detection was designed and fabricated using the light blockage method,a simple and effective optical detection system was developed with the signal amplification and data collection to achieve the detection of tiny particles,and finally the number of particles in which the diameter is more than 20 μm was counted through the JAVA programming. The results of rapid detections on iron particles with diameter between 25 μm and 38 μm show the good performance of the detection system and prove that the method is feasible.
