过流速度影响微流体油液颗粒含量检测结果的实验研究

摘  要:研究了电感法检测液压油中铁颗粒含量时,油液通过微流体检测芯片的过流速度对检测结果的影响。设计制作了微通道-电检测芯片,搭建检测系统,对不同过流速度下的检测信号值进行了对比和分析。结果表明:对于铁颗粒含量相同的液压油,其通过检测芯片时的电感信号值随着流速的增加而线性减小。该研究结果对于提高电感式微流体油液检测芯片的检测精度有参考价值。In order to study the affected signal that caused by movement velocity of oil samples when content of iron particles was detected,the method of inductance is used. Micro-channels-Inductive detection chip was designed and manufactured,and detection system was established. Through experiments,the induction signals at different movement velocities were detected,which were then compared and analyzed. The results show that the detected signal is reduced linearly with the increasing of movement velocity of oil samples passing microfluidic chips,in the hydraulic oils with same amount of content of iron particles. The study has important significance of reference for improving accurate detection of content of iron particles in hydraulic oil.
