摘  要:精轧机锻造过程中,钢材的厚度、宽度的变化等因素可能对液压信号产生影响,从而产生液压系统的液压冲击。分析了精轧动作各个时序段液压信号,采集大量的样本数据,分类拟合液压信号的变化趋势。探讨液压信号在精轧过程的影响因素。通过广义相关分析,得出液压冲击故障产生的原因及机制。并对控制系统进行相应的优化,解决了液压冲击造成的液压系统不稳定问题和产品质量问题。In the process of finishing mill forging,the hydraulic signal may have been affected by the variation in thickness and width of the steel. It results in a hydraulic impact of hydraulic system. The hydraulic signal of finishing action of each sequence period was analyzed. A large number of sample data were collected,the change trend of hydraulic signal was classified and fitted to explore the influence factors of hydraulic signal in the finishing process. Through the generalized correlation analysis,the cause of hydraulic impact fault and its mechanism were concluded. The control system was optimized correspondingly,so that the instability and product quality issues caused by the hydraulic shock of hydraulic system were solved.
