摘  要:应用AMESim系统建模和仿真软件并考虑多容腔的容性效应、实际气体性质、系统热交换等主要非线性因素,以信号处理的方法二次开发了考虑缓冲阀密封比压的模型,建立了恒压挤压式姿态控制系统充填过程仿真模型。分析认为低压腔压力不同步是导致主阀启动超调的原因。通过对4种改进方案的效果的仿真预估及权衡功效比,最终采用缓冲阀入口增加限流圈为改进方案,并开展了试验验证。试验结果表明改进措施有效,改进后产品参加热试车的结果表明减压阀启动超调问题得以解决。A dynamic simulation model of tank filling process of constant pressure-feed pose control system was established in considering capacity effect of multi-cavities,properties of real gas and heat transfer of the system and other main nonlinear factors by using AMESim software for modeling and simulation software,and secondary development of buffering valve is founded based on means of signal-processing for modeling of sealing pressure ratio. The reason of starting overshoot of leader valve was that the pressure of underpressure cavities was not synchronous,by considering from analysis. By comparing effects of four improvements of simulation predication and balancing efficiency ration,the improvement scheme of adding flow limited orifice at the entrance of buffering valve was selected finally,and the verification experiment was launched. The effervescence of improvements was certified by experimental results.The solution of starting overshoot was testified by results of hot engine test with the improved products.
