摘 要:以装配式机械化桥液压架设机构为研究对象,提出了桥节的展开与架设方案,并对机构进行了运动学与动力学分析。基于ADAMS仿真平台建立了机械化桥参数化模型,结合模型对单节成桥与双节组合成桥的工作过程进行了仿真分析,得到了液压架设机构的架设时间及关键部件峰值载荷等性能指标。以液压缸最大油缸力为目标函数,通过试验设计得到了影响架设性能的4个主控设计变量,在满足既定设计要求的条件下,降低了设计工作量,提高了液压架设机构的设计效率,并为机构的优化提供了参考。The research object is the bridging mechanism of mobile treadway bridge. A novel spreading and erection scheme of the bridge was proposed and the kinematic and dynamics analysis of the bridging mechanism were studied. By using analysis software ADAMS,a parameterized model was established and the bridging procedure of single / double modular bridge bay was simulated. On the basis of previous work,the design of experiment was carried out and the key design variables which produce a huge effect on the mechanism were chosen and verified by selecting the limit load of key rods( hydraulic cylinder) as study object. The method can reduce the work amount and improve the design efficiency a lot under the condition of design requirements. It can also provide a reference to the optimization of this kind of bridging mechanism.
