摘 要:针对坦克弹药协调机构的功能和要求,设计了一种由链条和液压缸组成的新型弹药协调器方案。利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立协调器动力学模型并进行优化以及仿真分析,得到其相应的动力学曲线和运动规律。对回转机构进行动力学优化使液压缸的最大作用力降低7.8%。提升机构在对弹药进行提升的过程中链条的位移量会有一定的波动,但大体上保持在±0.5mm范围内。安装板运动的速度也会在一定范围内跳动,但整体上保持为活塞杆移动速度的2倍,设计方案同时也对协调器机构的研究与分析具有一定的理论指导意义。A new type of ammunition coordinator composed of chain and the hydraulic cylinder was designed in accordance with the requirement and the function of the tank ammunition coordinator.The dynamic model of the ammunition coordinator had been established by use of the Adams software before the simulation analysis and the dynamic optimization were conducted to obtain the corresponding dynamics curves and motion patterns.The dynamic optimization of rotary mechanism makes the maximum force of hydraulic cylinder reduced by 7.8%.The displacement of chain showed a certain fluctuation in the process of lifting ammunition,but it was generally kept within plus-minus 0.5mm range.The motion velocity of the mounting plate will also fluctuate within a certain range,but on the whole it was two times the motion velocity of the piston rod.At the same time,the research of this paper is a certain degree of significance in theoretical guidance for the design and analysis of the mechanism of the ammunition coordinator.
